1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how Arthmitra Gurukulam Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. handles refund requests for subscriptions to the web portal and the Chitra Samvad mobile application.

2. Scope of This Policy

  • Web portal membership subscriptions at mfd.arthmitragurukulam.com.
  • Chitra Samvad mobile application subscriptions.

This policy does not apply to event registrations or website design services, which are governed separately.

3. Refund Eligibility: 7-Day Window

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal.
  • The member must not have extensively used the platform during that period.
  • Requests must be sent from the registered email address to hello@arthmitragurukulam.com.
  • The payment transaction ID or receipt must be provided.

Extensive use includes downloading more than 10 creatives, accessing more than 5 session recordings, or generating more than 3 calculator reports.

Requests submitted after 7 calendar days are not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Requests made after 7 calendar days from purchase.
  • Extensive use during the 7-day window.
  • Promotional or discounted subscription purchases.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms violations.
  • Partial unused-period refunds, prorated refunds, or transferable refunds.
  • Cases where content has already been downloaded, shared, or used for client communication.
  • Technical issues on the member device, internet connection, or third-party outages.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@arthmitragurukulam.com with the subject: Refund Request - [Your Registered Mobile Number].
  2. Include full name, registered mobile number, subscription plan, date of purchase, transaction ID or receipt, and reason for refund.
  3. The team will acknowledge the request within 2 business days.
  4. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

7. GST on Refunds

Refunds are processed for the base subscription amount. GST treatment will follow applicable tax regulations and the Company will issue a credit note where required.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are governed strictly by the 7-day eligibility window.

Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.

9. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact the Company immediately with full transaction details. Chargebacks initiated before contacting the Company may result in account suspension during investigation.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Company may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use after notification means acceptance of the revised policy.
