Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Arthmitra Gurukulam. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the web portal at mfd.arthmitragurukulam.com and the Chitra Samvad mobile application operated by Arthmitra Gurukulam Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
By registering, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- Company: Arthmitra Gurukulam Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
- Member / User: Any MFD, RIA, or personal finance professional registered on the platform.
- Services: All features, content, tools, and resources on the web portal and mobile app.
- Subscription: The paid membership plan selected by the member.
- Content: Text, images, videos, creatives, calculators, blogs, quizzes, polls, and related material.
3. Eligibility
- You must be a registered Mutual Fund Distributor or Registered Investment Adviser with a valid ARN or RIA number.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
The Company may verify credentials and suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Registration & Account
4.1 Account Creation: Members register via OTP-based mobile login or Google login and are responsible for account confidentiality.
4.2 Accurate Information: You agree to keep your information accurate and updated. The Company is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
4.3 Account Security: Report any unauthorized account use to hello@arthmitragurukulam.com immediately.
5. Subscription & Payment
5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 Payment: Payments can be made via the Chitra Samvad app or by scanning the official QR code and sharing confirmation with the Company. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
5.3 Subscription Renewal: Renew before expiry for uninterrupted access. Pricing may be revised with prior notice.
5.4 Access on Expiry: Premium access is suspended after subscription expiry until renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account credentials.
- Do not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense platform content without written consent.
- Do not use the platform in violation of SEBI, AMFI, or other regulatory requirements.
- Do not upload false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, bot extraction, or interference with platform operations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform is the exclusive property of Arthmitra Gurukulam Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content only for personal business purposes as a financial professional.
8. AMFI & SEBI Compliance
All marketing creatives carry standard disclaimers where required. Members remain responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and applicable law.
The Company does not provide investment advice. Platform content is for educational and informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the subscription amount paid by the member in the immediately preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if these Terms are breached or if your conduct is harmful to the platform or other members.
No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period in case of termination due to breach.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
13. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
