- Facilitating purchase, redemption, switch, and SIP registration of Mutual Fund units on behalf of investors
- Distributing insurance products as an IRDAI-licensed intermediary
- Distributing Portfolio Management Services (PMS) as an APMI-registered distributor
- Distributing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) as a SEBI-registered AIF distributor
- Distributing Specialised Investment Funds (SIF) as an AMFI-registered SIF distributor
- Distributing National Pension System (NPS) as a PFRDA-registered Point of Presence (POP)
- Providing investor education content, financial calculators, and general financial information

2. Investment Risk Disclaimer
Mutual Funds
- Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks — NAV may rise or fall based on market conditions
- Past performance does not guarantee future returns — do not invest based on past performance alone
- There is no assurance that the investment objective of any scheme will be achieved
- Niveau Financial Services deals in Regular Plans only — trail commission is earned from AMCs as part of TER, which is not an additional charge to investors
- Direct Plans are available at lower expense ratios through AMC portals — Niveau Financial Services does not facilitate Direct Plan investments
- Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) carefully before investing
Insurance
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Niveau Financial Services is an IRDAI-licensed intermediary (Licence No.: NA). Please read the policy document carefully before purchasing any insurance product. Tax benefits are subject to changes in tax laws.
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
PMS investments involve concentrated portfolios, higher risk, and are suitable only for investors with investable surplus above Rs. 50 Lakhs in this asset class. PMS returns are not guaranteed. Past performance of a PMS strategy does not guarantee future performance. Please read all PMS-related documents including Disclosure Document carefully before investing.
Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
AIF investments carry higher risk including illiquidity risk, concentration risk, and capital loss risk. Minimum investment is Rs. 1 Crore. AIF investments are subject to lock-in periods. Investors should have adequate risk appetite and financial capacity before investing in AIFs.
Specialised Investment Funds (SIF)
SIF is a new asset class introduced by SEBI in 2024. Minimum investment is Rs. 10 Lakhs per transaction. SIF carries relatively higher risk than regular Mutual Funds. Investors should read all SIF-related documents carefully before investing.
National Pension System (NPS)
NPS is a long-term retirement savings product regulated by PFRDA. NPS investments in equity (E) and corporate bond (C) allocations are subject to market risks. At least 40% of corpus must be used to purchase an annuity at maturity. Tax benefits are subject to changes in tax laws.

- All product recommendations are based on investor suitability — never on commission rates received
- Niveau Financial Services does not receive any non-cash benefits, gifts, or incentives from AMCs that could create a conflict of interest
